We love our chlorophyll water! Easy to make and easy to drink. We find we drink more water this way.
Our favourite brand is ChlorOxygen (Herbs Etc.). This is a tincture made from Stinging Nettle leaves. The tincture is ideal because chlorophyll is destroyed by heat. Wheatgrass has the highest amount of concentrated cholorphyll when juiced.
Chlorophyll water recipe:
- 1 litre water (alkaline water is the preference)
- 2 droppers - 36 drops of ChlorOxygen
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp honey (diluted in hot water)
